Free and Pro

Free includes five routines with local tracking and completion history. If you already have more than five routines when Pro access ends, those routines remain editable and loggable; creating another routine is blocked until your count is below the Free limit.

AgoCue Pro is a subscription that provides unlimited routine count and cloud features. A verified AgoCue account is required to purchase or restore Pro. An account remains optional for local use.

Billing and renewal

Pro may be offered as a monthly or yearly, automatically renewing subscription. The store confirms the price, currency, and billing period before payment; pricing can vary by storefront. AgoCue does not currently offer a free trial.

Cancel through the store where you started the subscription. Access normally continues until the end of the paid period, subject to store refunds or revocation. Deleting the app or your AgoCue account does not cancel a subscription or stop future store charges.

Restoring purchases and refunds

Restore a purchase using the same store and AgoCue account used for that purchase. A subscription does not transfer ownership between stores or automatically move to a different AgoCue account. Refund requests follow the applicable store’s procedures. Nothing here limits mandatory consumer rights that apply to you.

Cloud data after expiry

When verified Pro access ends, local routines and history remain available. Cloud uploads and ordinary sync downloads pause. AgoCue intends to retain cloud routines and completion history for 30 days after access ends, with notices after expiry and 7 days and 1 day before the deadline. Retained cloud data can be exported by a signed-in account owner without Pro, when that feature is available.

Cloud sync is not a historical backup. Data not yet synced can be unrecoverable if a device is lost. The retained-cloud export excludes guest routines and pending or unsynced device changes, and AgoCue does not automatically import an export.

Platform terms

For App Store versions, Apple’s Standard EULA applies where applicable. Store terms and policies also apply to purchases made through that store.
